Valla Canyon lies within the village of Muratbaşı (Valla) in the Pınarbaşı district of Kastamonu, inside Küre Mountains National Park. Carved by the Devrekani Stream cutting through the Küre Mountains, it is 12 km long and, at 800 m deep, ranks among Turkey's deepest canyons.
