Editor's Note
A small castle on the summit of an 890-metre hill in the Taurus Mountains, about 40 km from Mersin, overlooking Kızılbağ Pond. It has a rectangular plan and a three-storey keep. No historical record survives, but its masonry suggests a late Byzantine or Armenian (Cilician) fortification, likely serving as a watch and support post for the larger Çandır Castle.
