Editor's Note
The Aladağlar (Anti-Taurus) form a mountain range spanning the provinces of Kayseri, Niğde and Adana, rich in flora and fauna. A 54,524-hectare section was first protected as the Hacer Forest Nature Park and, in 1995, declared a national park covering a wider area.
