The Marmara Ereğlisi LNG Terminal is a liquefied natural gas storage, processing and dispatch facility in the Marmaraereğlisi district of Tekirdağ, about 35 km east of Tekirdağ and 95 km west of Istanbul. Operated by the state-owned BOTAŞ, it includes a jetty for unloading tankers; the LNG is stored and, when needed, regasified and fed into the main pipeline network.
