Editor's Note
A monumental tree on the slopes of the Bolkar Mountains, north of the Kadıncık valley, reached by travelling about 20 km north from the Çamlıyayla district of Mersin. It is a juniper roughly 1,100 years old, 22 metres tall and 3.5 metres in diameter.
