The Çokradan Town Mosque is located in the town of Çokradan, 7 km from the Çayıralan district of Yozgat. The mosque's inscription has not survived. Only the date AH 1232 (1816–1817) is written at the base of the minaret and beneath the roof eaves. There is no other information about its patron. The mosque has a rectangular plan built of rubble stone and is covered by a hipped roof. The prayer hall has a wooden ceiling. The mihrab is in the form of a semicircular niche. Its recently built wooden minbar has no notable features.
