The mufti's office plaque on the mosque bears the date 1952. The mosque consists of two sections. The historic part of these two sections was built of cut stone and is likely older than this date. The second part is more recent, and the date on the plaque probably refers to this section. The mosque has a hipped tiled roof. Its minaret stands on the west side of the mosque, not at a corner, but placed directly at the centre of the west wall, and is built of brick. The mosque has a rectangular plan.
