It is located in the village of Paşaköy in the Şefaatli district. According to its inscription, written in pen-work within an oval cartouche along the upper edge of the eastern wall, it was commissioned in 1773–74 by Çerkes Mehmed Paşa and repaired in 1895–96 by Yakup Muzaffer. The building is one of the wooden-supported, wooden-ceilinged mosque types frequently built in Anatolia. It has a rectangular plan oriented north–south. Its walls are built of rubble masonry. The walls are whitewashed over plaster. The single-storey mosque has rows of windows on both the lower and upper levels. It has a hipped roof.
