The small mosque (mescit) is located in the Yeni neighborhood of the Tavşanlı district of Kütahya Province, on Leblebiciler Avenue. It has a rectangular plan with a hipped roof. From the outside it cannot be distinguished from the surrounding houses and appears to have been converted from a dwelling into a mosque. The three-story mosque building has no minaret, and the call to prayer is given from a balcony-like area on the third floor. The mosque's ground floor is used as a shop while the other two floors serve as the mosque. According to the sign on the building, the structure dates to 1291–1292 AH / 1875 CE.
