The Emet Municipality expropriated the historic Zeytinoğlu Inn in the district, bringing it into the cultural heritage fold. One of the important works of Ottoman architecture, the inn served as the headquarters of the Emet National Detachment during the years of the War of Independence. Mayor Hüseyin Doğan stated that they regard passing this building on to future generations as a duty. After restoration, the inn will contribute to the district's history and culture tourism with museums, sales points for local products, and rest areas. The inn covers an area of 966.92 m² and contains 8 shops.
