Editor's Note

Source: Kültür Envanteri This information is compiled from the sources shown.

The mosque was commissioned by Devire Hatun, daughter of Adil Bey of the Candaroğulları. As a council (divan) mosque, it held an important place in its day. However, because it lay far from present-day villages, it was left neglected until 2017 and its wooden parts rotted away. The mosque was restored by the Directorate General of Foundations in 2017 and is in good condition today.
