Location: In central İnebolu, in the Aşağı Hatipbağı neighborhood on Mustafa Kemal Paşa Avenue, about 30 m southeast of the private property numbered 102. Inscription and History: On the fountain's backplate, within an ogee-arch form, are two inscriptions placed one above the other (Drawing 137). The first sits within an oval cartouche. The second, set in a rectangular cartouche tapered at the sides, is a single-column, two-line text written in celî sülüs calligraphy in Ottoman Turkish.
