Location: In central İnebolu, in the Aşağı Hatıpbağı neighborhood on Dere Street, to the northwest of the Tevfikiye Mosque (New Mosque). Inscription and History: In the upper part of the building, within a rectangular frame measuring 1.20 x 0.67 m, is a single-column, three-line inscription. It is written in celî sülüs calligraphy in Ottoman Turkish, and reads: 1 Sâhibü'l-hayrât ve'l-hasenât (Patron of good works and charity), 2 Hacı Bektaş-zâde Hacı Hüseyin, son of Hacı Mustafa, 3 25 Muharrem, year 1345 / 25 July 1927.
