Inscription and History: On the north facade of the structure there are three inscriptions - one each within medallions at the west and east corners of the tangent arch form, and one within a niche. The inscriptions within the corner medallions are written in celi sulus script, while the one in the niche is in celi talik script, the language of the inscriptions being Ottoman Turkish. The inscription at the west corner of the arch form could not be read because it is damaged. Only a very small portion of the inscription at the east corner has been read.
