Editor's Note
This rock-cut church is located 3 km west of the town center of Kıyıköy, within the forest at the Çalışkan Çiftliği locality. With its entrance facing south, the structure has a rectangular plan, is oriented east-west, measures roughly 4×7 m and is about 3 m high. It has an apse on its east side. Its top is carved in the form of a vault. Two side-by-side arched niches are carved into the north wall, and there are small niches to the right and left of the apse as well. The interior has been damaged, gouged out of the floor and walls by treasure hunters.
