This site lies within the boundaries of Uzgaç village, central district, Edirne province. It stands over a dry stream bed popularly known as the Kocayapılı Stream. It is single-span and round-arched. As the bridge has no inscription, its construction date could not be determined, but on the basis of its features and building technique it has been dated to the Late Roman period. It is understood that the western spandrel wall on the downstream face was repaired in the Eastern Roman period.
