This structure lies within the boundaries of Hıdırağa village, central district, Edirne province. It is part of the water-supply system that Mimar Sinan built to meet Edirne's water needs during the construction of the soup kitchen, mosque and other facilities commissioned in Edirne in 1530 by Haseki Hürrem Sultan. Of its two arches, one has remained buried underground. The water channel runs in a curve along a north-south axis. Its visible length is 20 m, its height 3 m and its width 2 m.
