Editor's Note
This site lies within the boundaries of Hamzabeyli village, Lalapaşa district, Edirne province. It has been heavily damaged by the stone quarries nearby. It is also reported that at the center of the site there were two rock-cut caves or cult chambers with a triangular exterior form, which have since been destroyed by the quarries. It was registered as a First-Degree Archaeological Site by the Edirne Regional Council for the Conservation of Cultural Property by decision no. 1847 dated 07.08.2014.
