The Tomb of Fatma Hanım lies within the historic cemetery now known as the Çamlık Cemetery. It is an open tomb on a rectangular plan. The sarcophagus inside the open tomb belongs to a girl of about 12 or 13. Its inscription is at the head end, facing the road, of the lid that closes over the cenotaph. The inscription reads: "Fatma, the late daughter of Mehmet Bey, son of Sinan Ağa, the Chief Royal Architect and brigadier general of Ankara." Built in 1573–74 (AH 981) in the name of Fatma Hanım, the tomb is one of the classical-period Ottoman tombs of Edirne. Resting on a base, it is covered by a gable roof.
