According to Ahmed Badî, the mosque stood at No. 46 on Zincirli Kapı Street in the Zen-i İbrâhîm Paşa neighborhood and was built by Hundi Hâtun, the wife of İbrahim Paşa, who owned the mosque. It had a wooden roof and a single minaret. It was registered as an Immovable Cultural Asset Requiring Protection (Group 1) by decision no. 11605 of the Edirne Regional Directorate for the Conservation of Cultural Assets, dated 30 March 2026, with a protection zone defined and an annotation added to the title deed.
