Editor's Note
It was built by Gazi İbrahim Bey in AH 814 (AD 1411) and is said to be one of the oldest places of worship in Edirne. The repair inscription dated AH 1314 (AD 1896) above its door has been transcribed as: "O Lord, make his abode paradise; out of Your grace and bounty, grant him mercy; honour him with Your countenance; let him converse with the houris."
