Editor's Note
It is thought to have stood on the western side of the area. In his book History of Edirne, Osman Nuri Peremeci relates that when the Kaleiçi quarters burned in 1905 and the area was being replanned, Dilaver Bey set aside a 2,500-square-meter garden plot, and that Fuat Bey, a former mayor, built a garden there with a casino and a cinema inside it. The building, seen within the garden on a postcard, has not survived to the present day.
