This wall remnant forms part of the northern city wall, lying along the line between the Macedonia Tower, the only well-preserved structure of the Hadrianopolis walls today, and the now-lost Yelliburgaz Tower. Illegal excavations have exposed a row of cut-stone blocks belonging to the city walls.
