It is located within the boundaries of the Karaagac neighborhood in the central district of Edirne province. The building stands in an unused, tree-surrounded area within the Karaagac Train Station grounds. It is single-story with a gabled roof, and its architecture is in keeping with the lodging buildings belonging to the railway station. Today it is in a derelict state.
