Editor's Note
It is also known as the Hizir Dede Lodge or the Hizir Dede Hunkar Lodge. This lodge, belonging to the Bektashi order, was commissioned by Sah Melek Bey. That the building existed before 1427 is clear from its repair in that year. The structure, which has not survived, was demolished in 1171 AH (1757 CE).
