The tomb within Topcular village cemetery is a rubble-stone masonry building on a rectangular plan, roofed with Turkish-style tiles. Outside the tomb, leaning against the wall, is a headstone inscribed in Ottoman script, though its date can no longer be read. There are no other Ottoman-inscribed stones in the cemetery. The tomb's roof structure was built without nails, using carved wooden posts and beams. The cemetery in which the tomb stands is still in use, and the tomb is heavily visited.
