Editor's Note
Visiting Eriklice Village on 6 November 1913, Bogdan Filov mentioned the church by name but gave no further information. Surface surveys conducted by Barış Toptaş in Eriklice Village found that the church stood in a poplar grove to the northwest of the village. According to Mustafa Yılmaz, a village resident, the single-storey, gable-roofed, tile-covered church built of stone collapsed many years ago, and during the 1913 population exchange it was used for worship by two Bulgarians who did not leave the village.
