Editor's Note
The castle remains lie 4.5 km north of Yündolan Village, beside the Kırklareli Dam, in pastureland on a commanding hilltop. They have largely disappeared. On the east and south sides, wall remains can be seen at ground level as heaps of stone. The other sections have vanished entirely. Numerous potsherds are scattered across the site. No Khorasan mortar is visible in the walls. The site is being damaged by treasure hunters.
