The building is two stories with brick masonry walls; apart from the south and west facade walls, the remaining wall facades have collapsed. The north wall facade has completely collapsed and disappeared at the level of the second floor. The floor slab between the first and second floors has also completely collapsed. The surviving wall facades are significant for bearing the architectural features of the building's period. The wall facades are entirely brick masonry, and the long rectangular windows on the second floor are arched at the top and bordered on the sides and bottom by brick moldings.
