The building is single-story, rising over a basement; the basement is kept tall and the entrance floor is built of stone. The west and south facades of the first floor are clad in wood, while brick was used on the north and east facades. The roof is covered with Turkish-style tile. Narrow, tall windows were used on the front facade. The chimney passes through the roof overhang to rise to the roof. Wooden moldings were used at the transition to the roof, fine wooden decorations were used above and below the windows on the facade, and the entrance to the house is provided by an enclosed balcony opening in a wide arch.
