The building on block 167, parcel 2, in the Hacızekeriya district of the central district of Kırklareli province was found to have been built on a rectangular plan as a single ground floor. It sits on the property in a rectangular plan. The lower part of the property is rubble-stone masonry and the upper part is timber-frame brick masonry. At the lower floor, where the rubble stone ends, a wooden tie beam was used and the transition to the brick section was made in that manner. The property's entrance was built as a recessed, square-shaped niche.
