Located on Belediye Avenue, which runs along the eastern side of the Kale Stream, this building consists of two masses extending east-west and south-north in an "L" plan, single-story, with a gabled roof and Turkish-style tile covering. The entrance to the long mass opens onto the avenue (to the west) through a wide rectangular doorway. The large mass is currently used as a stable-storehouse, with a height of about 4 to 4.5 meters. Rectangular windows run beneath the roof eaves along the long side facades of the large mass.
