This residence on Yayla Avenue in the Yayla district was built as a two-story house with a wide garden in front. It was built on stone foundations as a two-story house. In its L-shaped plan, the elbow section curves to divide the facade into two parts. The curved facade is divided in two by a stone molding. The facade is kept light-filled, with large windows. The transition to the roof is made with stone moldings. According to the inventory report, the building is dated to the early Republican period. [1] The building is now derelict.
