The building, located on Plot 11, Parcel 13, in the Karacaibrahim neighbourhood of the central district of Kırklareli province, was found to have been built with a rectangular plan and a single storey on the parcel. Because of the raised road level, its basement floor is below road level. The property is built using timber masonry and brick masonry techniques and is covered with reinforced-concrete plaster. On the property's road-facing façade is an enclosed bay window topped with a triangular pediment. The window openings set on the side façade are arranged in rectangular form, two on each side of the enclosed bay window.
