It stands in the village of Koyunbaba in the central district, where Bulgarians and Turks lived together during the Ottoman period, and is partly intact. Bearing the architectural features of the second half of the 19th century, the church is faced with regular dressed cut stone, and its corner stones are worked with frames. The roof has collapsed. Open to the worship of Christian Bulgarians while they lived in Koyunbaba village, the church was used for a time as a mill after the Bulgarians left the village in the 1924 population exchange, and was later abandoned to neglect.
