The bunker was built as a protected military fortification of reinforced concrete and iron. Standing in cultivated farmland classified as field, at the head of a stream gully, the structure has natural camouflage qualities. Its protected entrance, with sides that widen from top to bottom, is on the east. The walls of the nearly square rectangular structure are blind on three façades. Because the interior of the bunker was full of mud and water, it could not be entered.
