It lies within the boundaries of Kızılcıkdere village in the central district of Kırklareli province. According to the mosque's charter, it was built in 1885. With an inverted-T plan, plastered and painted stone walls, and a hipped roof, part of the mosque's plot retains its original garden wall. It has a single-balcony minaret at the corner of the portico and prayer hall. Having undergone various repairs, the mosque's exterior doors, minbar, mihrab facing and preaching pulpit are not original. It was registered by the Edirne Regional Council for the Conservation of Cultural Heritage by decision no. 10878, dated 27.05.2025.
