It stands in the northwest corner of a fairly large plot. In the northwest corner is an arched garden gate with a rounded top. The building has a nearly square rectangular plan and is of brick construction. Its walls are plastered and painted. On gently sloping ground, it has a raised entrance above the plinth level, reached by steps and fitted with a canopy. The canopied entrance has a pediment supported by two columns, and the pediment bears half-medallion arch decoration on its three faces. The number 936 is written on the front. The hipped roof of the building is covered with Marseille-type tiles.
