The building has a ground floor plus one storey, is of brick-and-timber construction, and has a hipped roof covered with alaturka-style tiles. Set in a large garden, it has an elongated rectangular plan running northwest-southeast. The structure appears to have been renovated recently, with the northwestern part of the southeastern garden-entrance façade rebuilt. At the centre of the southeastern façade is an entrance niche and canopy reaching up to the eaves. The date 1970 is written on the canopy at the first-floor pediment, though the building's construction technique and materials suggest an earlier date.
