In a meadow 2 km south of the village of Küçükyayla there are jars carved into the rock. These are pithos-shaped jars cut into the natural bedrock, with circular mouths and depths ranging from 1.5 m to 2 m. About 20 jars, independent of one another and spaced 5–6 m apart, have been identified. They are thought to have been used for storage or as graves. Most are filled with stones and brush, so that only their mouths are visible.
