Located in the center of Demirköy, the building was constructed on two floors, with stone used on the lower floor and brick infill within a timber frame on the upper floor. Today it is used entirely as a residence. The upper floor of the building, which employs regional architectural features, is supported by wooden struts. Originally the lower floor was planned as a stable and the upper floor as a residence. The building has rectangular windows; its ground floor is of rubble stone, while its entrance floor is built of brick within a timber frame. The first floor is arranged with a bay window, the bay section being supported by wooden struts.
