The building is located in the village of Evrencik in the Vize district. It consists of a ground floor, a basement and a first floor. Its entrance is from its front courtyard on the southwest façade. The basement is of pointed rubble stone, while the ground floor and first floor are clad in wood with brick infill within a timber frame. On the southwest façade facing the courtyard and the southeast façade facing the road there are bay windows resting on brackets. The northeast façade is built of rubble stone in the manner of a firewall. The windows are sash windows with iron grilles in front of them. Beneath the eaves runs a profiled console molding.
