The building is located in the village of Yenice in the Pınarhisar district. It consists of a ground floor and a first floor. Its entrance is on the southeast façade. On the ground floor part of the house is used as a stable. Going up to the upper floor, the rooms are reached from a central hall. On the southeast façade there are two bay windows resting on wooden brackets and turning onto the other two side façades. The walls are of rubble stone with wooden tie-beams on the ground floor, and brick infill within a timber frame on the first floor. The façades are plastered. There are wooden facings at the wall corners and a wooden molding runs beneath the eaves.
