The building is located in the village of Yenice in the Pınarhisar district. It consists of a ground floor and a first floor. Built under a single roof, the building takes the form of two separate houses side by side, with their entrances on the south façade facing the courtyard. On the south façade are bay windows resting on wooden brackets. The walls are of rubble stone with wooden tie-beams on the ground floor, and brick infill within a timber frame on the first floor. The façades are pointed on the ground floor and clad in wood on the first floor. The windows are wooden sash windows, with iron grilles in front of them. The roof is hipped and covered with traditional Turkish tiles.
