The watermill lies in a wooded area beside a stream, 1.2 km southwest of the village of Gökyaka. It is a rectangular-plan structure with a foundation of rubble stone laid in lime mortar and a wooden construction above the platform. Its façades are clad in wood and its roof is covered with traditional Turkish tiles. The entrance door is on the south façade. Water arriving from the north via a channel enters the mill structure from the east side through a concrete channel, turns the millstone, and passes beneath the building to flow back into the stream. The building is in ruins and is no longer in use. The millstone and wheel system are still in place.
