Editor's Note
Located in the center of the village of Poyralı, beside the road, this elongated rectangular building was constructed in 1915–1917 during the time of District Governor Sadullah Koloğlu. It stands on the parcel next to the old school building. Outside the settled area of Poyralı village, on its present site, it was built after the Balkan Wars at the same time as the school building. First used as a dervish lodge, the structure later came to be used as a mosque. The minaret was added to the mosque at a later date. The mosque is built of stone in an elongated rectangular form. From 1945 onward the latecomers' portico of the mosque was enclosed and rebuilt.
