A historic building in Ardahan that hosted the Ardahan Congresses of 3-5 January 1919. Built in 1911 during the Russian occupation in a Baltic architectural style, the congress held in the mansion of district governor Rasim Bey charted the roadmap of the Turkish National Struggle before the Erzurum and Sivas Congresses. The building is now open to visitors as the Congress and City Museum.
