According to the inscription above the minbar entrance door of the mosque in Orta Mahalle, Meyvali village, Findikli district, Rize province, which reads "La ilahe illallah Muhammed un Resulullah Sefi'ul-halki Fil-mahser /... / Sahibu'l-hayrat ve'l-hasenet ve ragibu'l-cenneti ve'd-derecat year 1288 / a fatiha for the souls of Mustafa Bin Alisan and his mother," the mosque was built by Mustafa Bin Alisan in 1288 AH / 1871-72.
