The fountain is located at the Koyici locality, on parcel 1 of block 151, in the Asagielyakut neighbourhood of the central district of Kastamonu province. Built of concrete, the fountain was registered as conservation group 1 by decision no. 4854 of the Conservation Board, dated 19.10.2017.
