Editor's Note
It was commissioned by the Chief Secretary Mustafa Efendi. It is an L-shaped building extending from the southwest end of the Nasrullah Kadı Mosque to its southwest corner. Adjoining the Numaniye Madrasa to its east, it takes on a U-shaped appearance.
